- Illinois SE License
- 5-15 years of experience with structural analysis and design for new and renovated structures
- Strong interpersonal skills in working with co-workers and other consultants
- Ability to review shop and design drawings, prepare proposals and RFI's, manage a budget and understand client needs
- Proficient in CAD (Autodesk or Microstation)
- Proficient in Design Software(s) such as REVIT, SAP2000, STAAD PRO
