Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawing, specifications and determine dimensions and tolerances.
- Strong skills using CAM software's (Siemens NX is a plus).
- Skilled in making N/C programs for 3 & 4 axis mills, lathes w/ live tooling, and mill turn.
- Machines include Haas vf2, Doosan Mx2100st, Doosan Mx2600st, and Doosan Lynx
- Skilled in the use of measuring tools and equipment (micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, thread gauges, and plug gauges, air gauges, and optical comparator).
- Computer skills: Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word.
- Skilled in making N/C programs for assigned equipment.
- Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers.
- Excel in a fast-paced work environment.
- High School Diploma.
- Two or more years of actual machining experience and operation of CNC machinery (mills, lathes, etc.)
Salary : $30 - $40
