Now hiring experienced Mig welders for our client in Irvine, CA.
Seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in MIG and Light Gauge TIG welding (.062 Thin). You should be able to read and understand build drawings and work well in a team. Your main tasks will include cutting, bending, mill work, finishing, and assembling metal parts/pieces.

Seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in MIG and Light Gauge TIG welding (.062 Thin). You should be able to read and understand build drawings and work well in a team. Your main tasks will include cutting, bending, mill work, finishing, and assembling metal parts/pieces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weld steel and aluminum using MIG/TIG methods.
- Operate machinery and equipment in the shop.
- Measure materials to ensure accuracy.
- Remove burrs, sharp edges, rust, or scale from workpieces.
- Assemble parts according to specifications.
- Use necessary equipment for the job.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Flexible and proactive.
- Eager to learn and solve problems.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work well in a team.
- Good mechanical skills and technical knowledge.
- Proficient in welding and assembly.
- Capable of lifting heavy objects (over 50 lbs) and using proper lifting techniques.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in fabrication.
- 3 years of MIG and Light Gauge TIG welding experience.
- Ability to read a tape measure and calipers.
- Ability to read and understand CAD drawings.
- Experience with metal shop equipment (e.g., table saws, miter saws, drill presses, rolling equipment, mill, lathe, and metal shears).
- Basic knowledge of electrical work and soldering is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 pounds.
- Commitment to safety practices.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
