We are seeking a Field System Engineer to work with engineering and customers to deliver unique portable radar systems for safety and security purposes. The engineer will be part of a growing, innovative product development team. The engineer will interface with the development team to provide current and future customers' optimal performance. The position will include local field testing of new features, supporting customer demonstrations and installations, as well as optimization of customer performance.

- Field engineering position between radar design team and sophisticated customers
- Lead customer facing demonstrations of portable radar systems
- Optimize system configurations for customer applications
- Field test new features to ensure performance and verification of customer expectations Understand customer expectations and requirements of their use cases
- Test, verify, and document improvements and features to consistently deliver exceptional products
- Work closely with technical sales & marketing to prioritize, plan for, and deliver customer success
- Experience in radio systems at mmWave frequencies. Must thoroughly understand and have experience in RF systems and implantation of these systems in real world environments
- Demonstrated hands-on debugging skills using test equipment (spectrum and network analyzer, etc.)
- Strong written & verbal communication skills working with customers, management, and engineering
- Demonstrated success in technical problem-solving skills, and leadership of solving these systemically across an organization
- 50% testing in field with drones and aircraft
- : Twenty percent travel required
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required 3 years of relevant work experience in RF circuits and systems with strong debug knowledge
- Must be a US citizen, Clearable is preferred

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
