Janitor/Maintenance Professional

Currently seeking a Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Janitor/Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. This hands-on position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

```Duties:```

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
• Perform floor care duties, such as buffing, waxing, and polishing floors
• Assist with setting up and tearing down for events or meetings
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and report them to the appropriate personnel
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in a safe manner
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• Grounds Maintenance

```Qualifications:```

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as floor buffers and carpet cleaners
• Ability to use power tools and regular tools
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others
