We are hiring for a Manager of Engineering Services , requires a California PE License. We looking to hire someone with Civil engineering projects or Land Development projects in either public or private market sector.

Education and Experience :

Required :

  • Professional Degree(s) : Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or another related field.
  • Years of Professional Experience : Minimum twelve (12) years of experience.
  • Professional Knowledge : Current knowledge of professional codes, laws, computer applications, and trends.

Licensing and Certification :

Required :

  • California professional engineer's license in good standing.
  • Valid California driver's license.
  • Ability to drive a vehicle for company business and to comply with company's Motor Vehicle Policy.

    • Knowledge, Abilities, and Skill :

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
  • Proficiency in one or more project management software.
  • High level of expertise in managing specific sector's project and client type.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and to work with junior staff to develop and implement creative solutions.
  • Ability to mentor and direct junior staff on engineering concepts and designs.
