In this material management role, you will document incoming parts issues across multiple different shipments. You will work with the internal Client Document incoming parts issues across multiple different shipments.
- Work with internal Client team to resolve issues whether packaging, quality, quantity etc.
- Document process to resolve defects.
- Send out weekly summary report of the issues/griefs that the customer has.
- A high level of dependability, a great attitude, and an ability to work well with a team towards achieving a common goal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- MS Office expertise (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Successful previous experience working in a logistics or shipping/receiving work environment.
- Attention to detail.
