What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Engineer - Healthcare position at PEAK Technical Staffing USA?
General Responsibilities :
As a competent registered professional engineer, the candidate performs work involving the application of all conventional aspects of HVAC and medical gas and supervising a team of engineers and designers. The candidate will focus primarily on healthcare facilities, medical office buildings, and support buildings such as central plants and data centers. The candidate is responsible for administering all phases of projects from proposal development through construction completion.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Engineering License preferred
- Experience and knowledge of the HCAI codes and standards, FGI Guidelines and NFPA-99
- Comfortable and willing to present complex engineering concepts to clients, industry partners and other staff
- Project Management experience is a plus
