We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee quality operations, lead improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role involves managing audits, supplier quality, and customer feedback while fostering a high-performing QA team. Candidates with 5 years of QA experience, strong problem-solving skills, and expertise in SMT processes, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO standards are ideal. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee QA operations, including inspections, supplier management, root cause analysis, and product reliability.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems, including training programs.
- Lead internal audits and external certifications for compliance with industry standards.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and manage customer complaints with preventive measures.
- Engage clients through regular quality meetings and action plans.
- Lead and develop the QA team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
