Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer / Architect to join a dynamic web application development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce platform, which includes CRM, Knowledge Management (KM), and Public Portal, using both out-of-the-box Salesforce features and custom development. This role requires a deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform, including development and configuration, as well as hands-on experience in managing the full development life cycle, from design through to deployment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead development activities across an agile team, ensuring quality deliverables and successful customer stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce applications, including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and integrations with other systems.
- Develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and REST APIs.
- Drive the implementation of best practices for Salesforce development, conducting peer code reviews and ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Lead testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide post-delivery support, including knowledge transfer and troubleshooting.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies, recommending continuous improvements and automation opportunities.
