**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Senior Survey Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing survey operations, with a focus on quality control and delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Managing survey teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Developing and implementing efficient workflows to maximize productivity.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, with attention to detail and compliance.

**Requirements**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in survey operations, with a strong background in ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and other relevant software tools.
- PA PLS license is required; NJ PLS license is also preferred.
