Hiring Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join our executive team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future and growth of our organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Support development and implementation of company growth strategy.
  • Support business development process and activities, and implement new strategies as needed.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's administration including but not limited to, finance, human resources, marketing, and IT.
  • Manages the overall strategy, purpose, and vision of the entire Human Resources function : benefits, payroll, 401k, recruitment, learning and development, culture and performance management.
  • Assume responsibility for the development and management of the operational budget and projecting and controlling related expenses.
  • Skillfully manage a team of direct and indirect reports and ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, and retention.
  • Looks for methods to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, or improve control measures.
  • Stay up to date on information and technology affecting functional areas to increase innovation and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborates with the President and Management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
  • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
  • Attracts, recruits, and retains required members of the project management team not currently in place
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved .

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree; preferred. Engineering or technical background a plus.
  • Experience in the Healthcare and / or Life Sciences Construction Industry and / or Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing / Building Management Systems preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Chief Administrative Officer or in a similar senior leadership role as well as project and process management.
  • Ability to operate effectively as a tactical leader and strategic thought partner.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Solid understanding of financial management principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to project calm, decisive leadership in high pressure situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Ability to travel periodically as needed.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early / late hours, and weekends if needed.
  • A tech savvy knowledge of devices including phones, computers, and printers.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
  • Experience :

  • Operations management : 3-5 year (Preferred)
  • Chief Administrative Officer : 3-5 years (Preferred)
  • Work Location : In person - Costa Mesa, CA
