KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Monitor data flows and processes to identify anomalies, errors, or discrepancies.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Implement data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard against data loss.
- Investigate data-related issues reported by users or identified through monitoring tools.
- Diagnose root causes of data discrepancies or performance issues and implement timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex data problems and optimize data workflows.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization to streamline data processing tasks.
- Work with stakeholders to define data quality metrics and benchmarks, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data systems, processes, and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of data governance policies and best practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends related to data management and analytics.
- Propose and implement enhancements to data infrastructure, tools, and workflows to support evolving business needs.
- Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to build expertise and promote best practices.
- Monitor and work client and internal Jira tickets.
- Special projects when needed.
