QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (required).
- 7–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and brand management.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing technology platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM tools).
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
