Responsibilities:
1. Leads team on large projects or significant segment of large complex projects.
2. Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
3. Provides applications systems analysis and programming activities for a Government site, facility, or multiple locations.
4. Prepares long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities and for necessary support resources.
5. Oversees all aspects of MDC projects.
6. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.
7. Support various project tasks associated with Mobile Data Computers.
8. Provides assessments of technical and operational practices associated with upgrades and system changes based on leading industry standards specific to the requested technology.
9. Plans, organizes, and conducts research in a variety of areas, such as new or existing products, science, social science, law or business in support of an IT initiative.
10. Analyzes information and statistical data to prepare reports and studies for use by professionals.
11. Participates in budget planning and forecasting activities.
12. Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, timelines, and reports.
13. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with program objectives.
14. Monitors and evaluates program performance metrics and provides regular reports to management.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
