Step 1 : A team member will reach out via email with some screening questions to learn more about you and your interest in this position.

Step 2 : The placement team will score responses and the top rated applicants will be invited to a virtual interview with the Operations Director and the hiring manager.

Step 3 : The Operations Director and hiring manager will score the interview responses based on technical ability and culture fit. The top candidates will be invited to a second round interview with the hiring manager and another member from the placement team. In some cases, you may be asked to give a presentation or conduct a technical interview based on the position requirements.

Step 4 : The final step will be to do an informal virtual discussion with members from other teams. Step 5 : If you are the lucky candidate, you will receive a call from our Operations Director to lookout for an offer letter in your email!
