Job Title: Mobile PICC RN (Per Diem / PRN)

Location: St. Louis & Farmington, MO Area

About Peak Mobile Vascular Access: We specialize in providing ultrasound-guided PICC and Midline insertions in facility and in-home settings. We aim to offer fast, high-quality vascular access services emphasizing safety, reliability, and clinical excellence. With growing demand across Missouri, we are expanding our mobile team in the St. Louis and surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to mobile requests for PICC and Midline catheter placement in the St. Louis and Farmington region
• Travel to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), long-term care facilities, and in-home patient locations
• Perform ultrasound-guided insertions using sterile technique and current evidence-based protocols
• Communicate clearly and professionally with facility staff and clinical teams
• Document procedures in a timely and accurate manner
• Represent Peak Mobile Vascular Access with clinical professionalism and strong attention to patient care
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Missouri
• Minimum 1 year of vascular access experience including PICC and/or Midline insertions
• Strong proficiency with ultrasound guidance and sterile technique
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Reliable transportation and smartphone access
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mobile or home health settings
• Familiarity with SNF or post-acute care environments
• Certification(s) in VA-BC, BLS, or ACLS (preferred but not required)
