Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to mobile PICC and Midline placement requests across Sikeston, Cape Girardeau, and nearby rural and suburban areas
- Perform ultrasound-guided vascular access procedures using sterile, evidence-based techniques
- Travel independently to patient locations, including SNFs, LTACHs, and private residences
- Maintain thorough documentation and timely communication with medical teams and facility partners
- Represent Peak Mobile with professionalism, efficiency, and clinical excellence in all care settings
- Current Missouri RN license in good standing
- 1 year of experience placing PICC and/or Midlines independently
- Proficient in ultrasound-guided vascular access and sterile field maintenance
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between care sites
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous mobile or home health experience
- Familiarity with post-acute care and long-term care settings
- Certification in VA-BC, BLS, or ACLS a plus
