Mobile PICC RN – Based in Sikeston, Serving Cape Girardeau Region (PRN)

About Peak Mobile Vascular Access:

We specialize in ultrasound-guided PICC and Midline insertions delivered directly to patients in skilled nursing facilities, clinics, and home care settings. We are a mobile, clinician-led team focused on autonomy, professional excellence, and flexible work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to mobile vascular access requests across Sikeston, Cape Girardeau, and nearby areas

• Travel to patient sites, including SNFs and in-home environments
• Perform ultrasound-guided PICC and Midline insertions following sterile and evidence-based protocols
• Maintain clear documentation and timely communication with client facilities
• Uphold Peak’s standards of professionalism and efficiency
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Active Missouri RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of vascular access experience (PICC/Midline placement)
• Strong skills in ultrasound guidance and sterile technique
• Reliable transportation and smartphone
• Excellent communication and clinical judgment
  
  
  

Preferred But Not Required:

• Prior experience in mobile nursing, infusion therapy, or home health
• Familiarity with rural healthcare settings
• Certifications: VA-BC, BLS, ACLS
