JOB DESCRIPTION
We are actively seeking Project Managers to join our insurance restoration reconstruction division. High earning potential.
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing activities related to the build back/reconstruction of damaged properties navigating through the insurance claim process.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Coordinating, leading, and overseeing all aspects of restoration projects and renovation projects. (Manage scheduling, scoping, sketching, some estimating, forecasting budgets, coordinating resources, communication with insured and adjuster, etc.)
- Assisting in estimating projects in a timely manner.
- Taking responsibility for preparing accurate work quotations while ensuring target margins are met.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Forecasting logistics for projects.
- Reviewing progress and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a continuous focus on financial results, will be essential for your success.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 3 years of direct experience within the insurance industry related to Emergency Services and Fire and Flood Restoration after disasters.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage, coach, and mentor a team of subcontractors.
- Proficiency in software applications, including MS Office suite, Xactimate, and Xactanalysis.

Pay: $63,200.00 - $125,400.00 per year
