What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Cleaners position at Peak Workforce (Newbold) LLC?
Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is seeking extremely reliable candidates for Construction Cleaner positions for our client located in Florence, SC. This position is a contract position with a duration of 12 - 18 months. Construction site and/or cleaning experience is preferred.
Expected Start: February 10, 2025
Hours: 6:00 am - 4:00 pm / 5 Days a week - 10-hour days with 10 hours of overtime each week
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Job Duties:
- Cleaning walls,floors,ceilings, and equipment
- Disinfect surfaces
- Empty trash
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 30lbs
- Other cleaning duties as needed
Skills Preferred But Not Required:
- OSHA 10 in Construction
- Aerial lift experience
- Scissor lift experience
- Articulating boom lift
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Great attendance
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to work alone or within a team is a must.
