One of our early-stage AI portfolio companies is looking for their first AE to join and scale the business while working directly with the Founders.

Responsibilities

  • drive all commercial activity across North America.
  • Work with the Founders to go from 10 to 100 customers
  • Work closely with product marketing and product teams to align marketing and sales
  • Design an end-to-end Sales process and run it with a founder to make sure it works
  • Lead by example by driving everything from lead qualification, pitching, negotiating, closing, and retaining
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers as the team gets built up
  • Take ownership of customer account health

Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling SaaS or AI would be an advantage
  • Prior experience selling into commercial leaders would be an advantage
  • Technology or Start-up experience
  • Proactive and hustler mentality
  • Ability to work in ambiguous and vague environments and drive activity independently
  • Someone looking to build something from the ground up
