POSITION OBJECTIVE
PEAK is looking to fill an entry-level Lab Technician opportunity in our Shawano, WI lab. In this role, you will process, evaluate, extend, package, and freeze bovine products.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Perform processing work according to standard SOPs
- Evaluate samples for motility, concentration, volume, and quality
- Maintain accurate records and inventory
- Keep records on bull registration and enter in appropriate databases
- Operate and maintain lab equipment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Capacity to work on feet and stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to learn and follow company protocols
- Basic computer skills working with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team environment
- Effective communicator with attention to detail
- Detail-oriented with a knack for organization and process
- Ability to work with numbers and input data
- Willingness to grow and develop both personally and professionally
