HYBRID: Austin, TX
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify, screen and assess talent for We Insure.
- Manage a high volume of candidates to proactively progress through the recruitment life-cycle
- Coordinate and manage various interview processes across positions.
- Use search techniques to target passive talent through social media, job boards, our ATS and external networks across multiple talent markets.
- Seek innovative and creative strategies to identify candidates.
- Provide high touch/ top quality candidate experience
- Capturing and reporting on findings and trends to Hiring Managers on candidate skills, talent pipelines, market demographics, fit and compensation.
- Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Identify and attend industry specific events with recruitment team.
- Assisting with other HR/Recruitment related projects as needed.
- Time Management and Prioritization- Ability to manage multiple job openings and candidates simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Sourcing Expertise- Proficiency in using various tools, platforms, and strategies to identify and attract a high volume of qualified candidates (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals).
- Candidate Relationship Management- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Adaptability- Flexibility to adjust to changing hiring needs, priorities, and unexpected challenges.
- Attention to Detail- Accuracy in managing candidate data, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Technology Proficiency- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR technologies, and external job boards/technologies to streamline recruitment workflows.
- Effective Communication- Ability to convey the company's value proposition and job expectations clearly and persuasively to attract top talent.
- Problem-Solving Skills- Creativity and resourcefulness in overcoming challenges like candidate shortages or difficult-to-fill roles.
- Team Collaboration- Working effectively with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years recruitment experience preferred.
- Track record of building effective sourcing strategies, talent assessment, and closing approaches.
- This job operates in an hybrid office environment. Both the ability to commute to an office on a hybrid schedule along with a home office appropriate for remote work is required.
- This job requires less than 5% travel.
