Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and direction to project managers and team leads.
- Manage and coordinate team schedules, ensuring proper coverage and rotation for project needs.
- Oversee travel arrangements, including logistics, per diem tracking, and travel expense approvals.
- Monitor and manage Other Direct Costs (ODCs) associated with project execution.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on team coordination, budget management, and logistics.
- Experience managing rotating schedules, travel logistics, and financial reporting for government or DoD contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics effectively.
