Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineer located in Warsaw, IN. The Software Engineer will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP) tasks on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Computer Science and Software Development skills
- Back-End Web Development and Programming skills
- Experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities and Duties
- Adhere to software development policies, processes, and procedures
- Evaluating code meets specifications and coding guidelines

- Translate design docs and UI specs into high performance, reusable and reliable code
- Perform gap analysis and estimate effort / time-frames
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Participate in continuous education (learning from and teaching other team members)
