As the Property Manager at PeakMade Real Estate, you will be at the forefront of managing our properties, ensuring both operational effectiveness and the satisfaction of our residents. Core Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise property staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and manage the property budget, oversee financial performance, and prepare regular financial reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure property standards are maintained and safety protocols are followed.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to optimize occupancy rates and enhance resident engagement.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to oversee service delivery for property maintenance and improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of property management practices, including financial acumen and occupancy strategies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
