What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Representative position at Peaks View Animal Hospital.?
We are currently looking for a motivated, eager individual to join our Client Service Team FULL TIME
- A candidate with experience in the veterinary field is preferred and will be considered with priority but we are willing to train the right candidate with customer service experience.
We are a very fast paced & progressive 7 Doctor practice.
Full time positions include : Full health and ancillary benefits, 401k retirement plan with a match percentage, paid vacation and sick time, and a personal pet discount.
A typical work week consists of 4 days / week with a Saturday rotation required.
Primary job responsibilities include : Excellent customer service ability / Client communication via phone, email, and 2 way text / Ability to handle a busy multi line phone system / Schedule appointments and maintain daily doctor schedules / Audit patient charts / Process invoice transactions / Discuss vaccine protocols / Field basic questions about medical protocols and recommendations.
The ideal candidate will integrate easily into a large team environment and handle high stress situations with a calm and positive demeanor.
