We’re seeking a confident, savvy Video Editor who specializes in short, thumb-stopping social ads for TikTok and Facebook. This role will help drive platform best practices, test new features and styles, and help push us to the forefront of the competition.

Responsibilities
- Edit and export a high volume of short social video ads using existing, sourced, and original clips.
- Craft video scripts, source clips, shoot footage, and source music as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on platform best practices, implementing and testing new tactics on a regular basis.
- Log & track video files and video requests on a daily basis.
- Analyze video performance and iterate on top-performing videos weekly.
