Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Financial Solutions Support Specialist to join our Treasury Management Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting Peapack-Gladstone Bank business clients with training and ongoing inquiries regarding their usage of our treasury management systems and products.
Your primary goal will be to provide high-quality support for all treasury management products and services, including ACH originations, remote deposit capture, online wire transfers, positive pay, bill pay, and various treasury systems and functions.
You will also collaborate with internal Bankers and Treasury Sales Officers to provide treasury solutions for business clients, lead client system administrator onboarding and online system training, and design procedures related to client verification.
