Job Description
As the Chief Audit Executive, you will maintain a comprehensive risk-based internal audit program that includes procedures for branches and operations of the bank. You will develop new or revised internal audit procedures and methods to ensure the relevance of the internal audit function as the bank prepares for continued growth. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts for outsourced internal audit teams, submitting written reports of internal audit reviews, maintaining all internal audit governance documents, and preparing additional reports as requested by the Audit Committee.
