Our leading International and American manufacturing retractable awnings and pergolas company is looking for a Regional Sales Account Manager to strengthen our dealers’ network and further develop existing business. Attractive design, finest engineering and superior customer service in the industry summarize what the company stands for. We are interested in candidates that are target driven, with experience in managing B2B retail sales, preferably in outdoor design with strong brand recognition.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Co-create and execute regional sales plans in alignment with company objectives.
· Support dealers with day-to-day operations and long-term business plans.
· Evaluate and act on weekly KPI.
· Define periodical sales budgets and actions plan to achieve them.
· Collect, analyze, and report market information quarterly.
· Support new services and products to enhance customer experience and market needs.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
· Proven work experience in similar roles and solid understanding of dealer operations.
· Excellent communication skills with strategic mindset.
· Familiar with the daily utilization of CRM and similar tools.
· Availability to travel 50-75%
· Ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.

· Base salary plus commission
EDUCATION
· BSc or associate degree.
