Requirements
- Supervising Warehouse Staff:
- Leading, training, and managing a team of warehouse workers.
- Ensuring staff carry out their tasks efficiently and adhere to safety protocols.
- Assigning tasks and providing guidance and support to team members.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels.
- Conducting regular inventory checks and updating the warehouse management system.
- Forecasting inventory needs and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Shipping and Receiving:
- Coordinating the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of shipments.
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforcing safety rules and regulations within the warehouse.
- Regularly inspecting the warehouse premises for any safety hazards.
- Ensuring that any safety discrepancies are addressed promptly.
- Process Improvement:
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
