About this Role
Manta Cares is committed to equipping oncology patients, caregivers, and clinicians with trusted, data-driven resources to improve healthcare decisions and quality of life throughout the cancer journey. We are looking for a Clinical Content Lead with a strong background in oncology pharmacy and informatics, as well as proficiency in clinical data tools and coding for data management. This role will leverage your expertise to develop evidence-based content that integrates real-world data, clinical guidelines, and digital health insights to support oncology care.
What You'll Lead
- Clinical Content Strategy & Data-Driven Planning : Develop an evidence-based content strategy that integrates clinical guidelines and data from resources like DailyMed, Epocrates, and other medical references. Prioritize oncology-related topics based on the needs of patients, caregivers, and clinicians.
- Clinical Content Creation & Data Management : Author, review, and edit high-quality, data-driven clinical content on oncology treatments, drug interactions, side-effect management, and supportive care. Collaborate with the digital health team to develop coding scripts (e.g., Python, SQL) to automate data management tasks and streamline content updates.
- Informatics Integration & Content Optimization : Use data analytics to monitor content performance and engagement. Optimize topics and delivery methods based on insights, and collaborate on developing interactive tools for enhanced patient education.
- Compliance, Clinical Review & Data Integrity : Ensure content aligns with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards. Work with compliance teams to adhere to legal and ethical standards, ensuring HIPAA and other relevant guidelines are followed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership : Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate the latest oncology data and feedback into content strategy. Mentor junior team members and represent Manta Cares as a subject-matter expert at industry events.
