You will work directly with the CEO, CTO and our customers (large organizations in New York City). You will have the opportunity to shape our data strategy by exploring different data sources, datasets and running exploratory analytics to support customer decisions. We would love it if you :
- Have an undergraduate or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, engineering, statistics, or similar) or construction management
- 2 years of work experience involving quantitative data analysis and complex problem solving (prioritizing candidates with experience within the construction industry)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, along with experience with Quicksight, PowerBI, Tableau, Jupyter Notebook or data visualization and exploration tools.
- Experience working with APIs to ingest data from construction systems
- Excited about disrupting the construction industry with technology
- Fast learner or have a deep understanding of technology systems in the construction industry
- Love working with data to uncover patterns and insights
- Have great interpersonal and communication skills, are curios and a great listener
- Enjoy working with customers and find data driven ways to support their decision making
