About the Role
As our
Senior UX Designer , you'll create user-centered designs that empower renters to become homeowners. Working part-time (20 hours / week), you'll collaborate with the founding team in-office in Bellevue, WA (at least one day per week) to build engaging, intuitive interfaces that drive user adoption.
What You Will DoDesign end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for our core fintech platform.Flex your product muscle, including helping out with user research and some product management dutiesCollaborate with engineers, executives and other stakeholders to align designs with business goals.Create a responsive, user-friendly interface across web and mobile devices.About You
5 years of UX / UI design experience, preferably in fintech, insurtech, proptech or mortgage tech guiding users through complex, high-consideration transactions.Proven ability to design complex systems with clear, simple user interfaces.Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.Passionate about improving housing affordability and making a tangible impact in your community.Benefits & Perks
