Your Role:
As a sales professional clothier with Pearce Bespoke, you will be on the front lines of the client experience! In your role, you are responsible for leading the customer through a seamless experience from the initial consultation to final delivery. Your role is to ensure that each client’s needs are fully understood and met with a garment that reflects their unique style and achieves an impeccable fit. Your success will be driven by your ability to originate business, exceed customer expectations and maintain long-term relationships with your customers.
Sales Professional Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Sales Origination: Leverage your existing network, strategic outreach, and utilize relationship-building skills to grow your client base and connect with potential customers to book meetings and events.
- Customer Engagement: Organize and manage the client experience from start to finish, including proactive communication, preparation, setup and following through on commitments.
- Consultations & Fittings: Guide clients through style selection and the design process, taking measurements, placing orders, and managing final alterations to achieve the “perfect fit”.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Focus on immediate sales while cultivating long-term, value-driven relationships.
- Lead Management: Utilize the CRM tool to maintain an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales
- Team Contribution: Collaborate with the Pearce Bespoke team to share insights, support colleagues, and contribute to a positive and productive team culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in outbound sales, with a strong ability to initiate and close deals. Your track record should reflect a consistent ability to meet or exceed sales targets by leveraging proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building skills.
