Your Impact:
The Business Administrator role is pivotal in supporting our electrical team's operations, focusing on service scheduling and ensuring work orders are promptly and accurately submitted post-service. This position reports directly to the Southeast Business Manager and is crucial for the efficient operation of our regional office.
Core Responsibilities
· Support Electrical Team Operations: Manage the lifecycle of work orders from scheduling to completion, ensuring all are processed efficiently and accurately.
· Permit Acquisition: Secure necessary work permits from local government entities in a timely manner to guarantee project commencement as scheduled.
· Coordination: Work closely with field service and logistics teams to execute work orders seamlessly.
· Work Order Management: Ensure work orders are completed and submitted immediately upon job completion.
· Office Operations Support: Assist with timecard reconciliation, vehicle and equipment tracking, and report management.
· Collaboration: Engage with colleagues to share best practices and enhance internal network value.
· Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with various leaders and team members across the organization to meet growth targets, share best practices, and coordinate across different segments and geographies.
Core Experience
· Associates degree and or equivalent experience in administration.
· 2-4 years in an administrative role, with construction and permit acquisition experience.
· Proficient user of Microsoft Word & Excel.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Proficient in project management, organizing multiple priorities, and time management.
