Your Impact :
As the Data Governance and Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of specialists to harness the power of Power BI and Salesforce for robust reporting and analytics. Your strategic oversight will drive data-driven initiatives that enhance business decisions and performance monitoring.
Core Responsibilities :
- Manage and mentor a global team of data visualization specialists and analysts, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Oversee creating and maintaining comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce.
- Work closely with data engineers and other technical teams to identify opportunities for process automation, data pipeline enhancements, and data quality improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all BI tools and systems.
- Promote the adoption of data analytics best practices and continuously improve BI processes.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership clearly and effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in data analysis and BI technologies.
- Oversee the Data and Reporting Teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing guidance on data analysis, reporting processes, and performance metrics.
