This role is a great match for responsible self-starters who are willing to travel.Core Responsibilities : Perform all work in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA, company and industry standardsWork independently with minimal supervision in an efficient processConduct performance checks and regular preventative maintenanceTimely and accurate completion of daily work reportsDrive to remote work sites Maintain a company vehicle according to company policies, which will include maintaining vehicle records, ensuring regular maintenance is performed at appropriate times, and the vehicle is always kept clean and in safe working conditionSpecific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.Core Experience : HVAC school will be considered in lieu of experience Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by emailMust have a valid driver's license for at least a year with an acceptable driving record, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkPhysical / Work Environment : At Pearce safety is our number one concern.
