Your Impact :
The Onboarding Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires after they accept their offers. This individual will guide candidates through the pre-employment process, coordinate necessary arrangements, and prepare them for their first day of work. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent support to new hires and internal teams.
Core Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for new hires following offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Facilitate the pre-employment screening process, overseeing the completion of background checks, drug testing, and other compliance-related requirements in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure the timely ordering and delivery of necessary equipment (e.g., laptops, phones, badges) prior to the new hire's start date.
- Coordinate orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring alignment with start dates and team availability.
- Maintain accurate and current records within applicant tracking and onboarding systems.
- Conduct weekly meetings with hiring managers and the recruiting team to provide updates on new hires in the onboarding process.
- Update and manage the Insite tracker daily, providing managers with real-time updates on their new hires' onboarding status and experience.
