Your Impact:
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a crucial role within the recruiting process from beginning to end. The recruiting coordinator will support the recruitment team in attracting and evaluating candidates, scheduling, and conducting phone screens within our applicant tracking system (UKG). This is a remote role and must be willing to work Pacific time zone hours.

Your Impact:
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a crucial role within the recruiting process from beginning to end. The recruiting coordinator will support the recruitment team in attracting and evaluating candidates, scheduling, and conducting phone screens within our applicant tracking system (UKG). This is a remote role and must be willing to work Pacific time zone hours.
Core Responsibilities:
- Submit job postings to various job boards including Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and select qualified candidatesvia our applicant tracking system - UKG.
- Must be able to conduct phone screenings with applicants for long periods of time on the phone or via online networking systems. (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Schedule interviews with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Handle and prioritize multiple ranges of administrative duties with no supervision.
- Follow up with candidates once hiring decision is made.
Core Experience
- Minimum one (1) year of recruiting experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – UKG experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to recruitment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other related software.
- Familiarity with using Indeed and LinkedIn.
