Your Impact :
Pearce is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for our Dallas office, focusing on commercial and utility-scale solar projects . Our multidisciplinary design teams provide innovative and forward-thinking solutions supporting solar project development, design, and construction.
Core Responsibilities :
- Develop and design electrical infrastructure for commercial and industrial construction projects .
- Travel locally to project sites as needed.
- Produce electrical design / construction drawings, cost estimates, and specifications.
- Implement lighting controls and conduct photometric analysis.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Adapt to various client standards and procedures while maintaining professional relationships.
- Oversee deliverables and schedules, presenting solutions to clients as needed.
- Establish proposals and maintain electrical budgets for assigned projects.
- Perform drafting assignments, provide guidance to junior engineers / drafters, and ensure quality through QA / QC processes.
- Respond to RFIs and approve submittals, offering construction support when required.
