Position Overview:

This position is responsible for maintaining and servicing agricultural application equipment. The position responsibilities include maintenance work in a shop environment as well as service in the field.

Duties include:

· Field service repair, service calls, maintenance on trucks, implements and forklifts

· General fleet maintenance

· Repairs on a variety of equipment (hydraulic hose repair)

· Test driving vehicles and equipment

· Properly fill out work orders and parts forms

· Adherence to company safety protocols

· Effective communication and collaboration with colleagues.

· Sefl-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision on assigned projects

· Extended work hours during busy seasons when needed

· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

· Able to be on call weekends and after hours

Basic Qualifications:

· Must have valid driver’s license

· Must have ability to obtain a Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements

· Experience with Class 8 trucks

· Experience with Ag equipment is preferred but not necessary

· Must be willing to learn to advance career

· Electrical troubleshooting and use of diagnostic equipment preferred

· Aftertreatment experience preferred, but not required

· Must have own tools

· Some lifting may be required – ability to lift 50 pounds

· Prefer Agricultural Background

Salary Range: $26-$35 per hour, based on experience
