Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Resident Services Assistant to provide clerical support to our Social Worker. This role is integral in ensuring the smooth delivery of resident services and fostering a positive experience for residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining resident records.
- Support the Social Worker in coordinating resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Help prepare and distribute documents for resident care conferences.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Provide general administrative support to enhance the efficiency of the Social Services department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
