Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Resident Services Assistant to provide clerical support to our Social Worker. This role is integral in ensuring the smooth delivery of resident services and fostering a positive experience for residents and their families.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining resident records.
  • Support the Social Worker in coordinating resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Help prepare and distribute documents for resident care conferences.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Provide general administrative support to enhance the efficiency of the Social Services department.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred, especially in a healthcare or senior care setting.
