Position :
- Performs general repairs.
- Performs routine maintenance on building systems including lighting, flooring, plumbing, painting.
- Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
- Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Utilizes supplies and equipment properly without waste.
- Performs emergency housekeeping.
- Works jointly with facility maintenance / housekeeping staff to service floors, all patient rooms, baths, lounges, nurses stations, and offices as assigned.
- Vacuums and shampoos carpeting and rugs.
