Pearl Interactive Network is seeking to hire an On-site Human Resources Manager.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for creating a vision for moving the site forward by implementing best-practice HR initiatives. By partnering with site leadership, ensures a positive and cohesive employee experience throughout the employee life cycle. This includes strategic workforce planning for the location, implementing creative recruitment and retention strategies, coaching and developing leaders, and promoting talent development along with day-to-day HR administrative functions. Additionally, this role will work with corporate HR leadership on the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects relative to best practices.

Job Duties:
- Oversee the management of site human resources functions including onboarding, benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, performance management, HRIS Management, HR reporting, policy and procedure compliance, and training and development.
- Supervise and train on-site Human Resources staff to ensure employee and company needs are met.
- Oversee on-site benefits administration to include new hire enrollment, qualifying event changes, claims resolution, change reporting, annual open enrollment, and monthly invoice generation and approval.
- Develop and facilitate an on-site onboarding program that ensures that new employees are welcomed and prepared to be successful in their roles.
- Ensure compensation is in alignment with corporate expectations and process bi-weekly payroll.
- Resolve employee relations issues including conflict resolution, harassment investigations, wage complaints, employee disputes, attendance issues, general questions, and progressive discipline.
- In cooperation with the leadership and corporate HR teams, identify future resourcing needs and proactively identify options to close potential resource gaps.
- Manage the performance management process, and support employee development programs.
- Coordinate and support the training needs and training planning activities with the leadership team.
- Maintain all employee records and HR data within local, state, and federal legal guidelines.
- Work with a broader HR team on a wide variety of company-wide HR initiatives and projects across multiple HR disciplines, including, but not limited to; compensation, diversity and inclusion, governance and policy, change management, talent management, performance management, HRIS, and acquisition integration.
- Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings as needed.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- 5 years’ experience in a variety of areas in HR or equivalent military experience.
- Self-motivated and the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws.
- Experience in administration of SCA and knowledge of government contracting.
- Excellent written communication skills including English grammar and punctuation.
- Team-oriented and motivated to provide a high level of service.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
