What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outdoor Facilities Technician position at Pearl Manor Venue?
The event is fun! But, there is a lot of work behind the scenes to be done. In this role we are looking for someone that doesn't mind being out in the sun cutting grass, pulling weeds, painting walls, pressure washing, fixing toilets, being an all around maintenance person. When events are scheduled you will also help setup and clean up staging. Must be able to operate a zero turn mower.
Nearly every Friday & Saturday is expected.
Experience needed in yard work and home improvement projects. Preference given to those that have experience with hand tools and construction - managing facilities does take a certain level being handy.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
