Seeking a FT RN MDS Coordinator to facilitate and maintain all aspects of the MDS. Individual will be responsible to ensure accurate and timely MDS's and will guide the interdisciplinary team as well. Previous MDS experience is a must in a long term healthcare setting. This position is in the building full time there is no remote coverage.
