A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CREW LEADER
In this site management position, you play a strategic and tactical role in the overall success of the company! When on-site, you establish yourself as the customer's point of contact and walk them through the project timeline. You lead your crew of 1-4 people by setting expectations for each job beforehand and coaching them on the company's best-known practices, which ensures a smooth process and top-notch results. As a master problem-solver, you create ideal outcomes by sticking to the budget for each project without sacrificing quality. Additionally, you manage inventory, keep the van and trailer organized and stocked with sundries, and set up job sites to ensure they're clean and organized.
Off-site, you play a vital part in creating and maintaining an efficient crew. You are fair and professional as you assist the management team with hiring, disciplinary, coaching, and termination decisions. You enjoy the variety in your work and love having the opportunity to lead a successful team!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience in residential repainting
- Physical ability to perform the necessary functions of the job
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work full-time in the Portland Oregon metropolitan area (All work will be completed in the Portland, Oregon metro area only.)
